I have to say this is probably not a real character... But maybe I am wrong here, after all from what little I really know it could be.
But I loved the whole outfit she had on and so I got her to pose with the "dude" mannequin behind her.
She was at ComiCon in San Diego a few years back
isn't that the mannequin that was going to be dwarfed by the Nobot?
