NEW job NEW opportunities

So last friday I got a new job.

I went on my first interview for this job way back when Hollywood went on the interview for the job he has now. Some of you will be able to calculate how long it took to get the job. And after 3 interviews, and some serious ones at that I have THE Job.

WOW. I can't really explain how excited I am about the possibilities this new job holds for me.

But I am having troubles being outwardly excited about my new job knowing that so many people who have been laid off from my former job are still looking.

On the inside I am screaming from the rooftops, on the outside I am trying to act non-chalant, who knows if this is really working, but I'm trying.

Congratulatons! No need to hold back the enthusiasm, unless you're sad because you won't be able to fish everyday.

I feel a certain amount of guilt in that I WASN'T laid off but still went and found a new job anyway.

Although, I was told that I was on the last "list" but was pulled off. Ahhh...4 weeks of paid vacation would have been nice.

Congrats man. And good luck on that new wardrobe. I give it a month! ;)

Wow, that makes at least 6 ex-D people who've gone to that company. You suppose they need a webmonkey?
