Jakes place

Today was a full up friday, plenty to do and little time to do it in. But in amongst it all I managed to squeek in a one hour massage at Jakes Place.

A while back for my birthday my friends Patty and Sam gave me a gift certificate for a half hour massage, and of course and I upped the ante a little to make it a full hour. Wouldn't you if the first half was already paid for?

The girl who did it was very professional and did a medium pressure massage, that focused heavily on my neck and shoulders. Apparently I have been a little stressed, but who knows what from?

And now all I can say is I want to get a massage once a month, but more than likely will only get one every other month or maybe every third month. It was so good and so relaxing, I forgot how good one feels after a massage. I really must work harder at getting one more often.
