So in a fit of blind optimism (Superbuck how do you spell that word.) I am going out on a limb and saying that by the end of March we'll have this apt. in order.

So if you see this flag a flying from our front porch, it means a party of some sorts is going on.

Whether it is straight up drinking, drinking and poker, game night drinking/no drinking, or an open invitation to come on up and get the party started.

We now have the flag, all we need is the reason.
