Remember when...
So a while back I caught some rockfish, you remember don't you. These fish here --->
Well tonight Bookworm and I cooked up a meal of these fish for her family. Mom, Dad, and Grandma.
The menu included pan fried Rockfish, a salad, hush puppies and some saffron rice.
For dessert Bookworms mom made pumpkin pie and bookworm made angel food cake covered in strawberries and whip cream.
It was all so good and it was so nice to get back into a kitchen and cook something after having not done it for so long. I cooked it over at Bookworms parents house and that made it a little harder, but it was still nice to cook a full meal for someone.
